Mosaic 1.1 prerelease available for testing

Any sucker^H^H^H^H^H^H fine upstanding person out there in netland who
wants to have a go at a prerelease of NCSA Mosaic for X version 1.1
can pick it up thusly:

Assuming I haven't broken anything while compiling and packaging up
the release over a 2400-baud line from a Mac, all known bugs are fixed
and no new ones are introduced. Comments and bug reports to
mosaic-x@ncsa.uiuc.edu will be gratefully accepted.
