The right way to do this is to look at the ACCEPT values and see if one of
them is "text/html; version=3" and send the table version if it is. I suppose
you could also check for Netscape specifically and using User-Agent and send
it the table version. But don't base your decision solely on User-Agent.
I'd suggest you read the hypertext documentation for your server and study
up on content negotiation.
I've encountered a couple of pages now (I'm sure there are others) that look
at the User-Agent header and only send tables to Netscape. This is annoying,
to say the least, since I have a browser that does tables just fine.
