I would think that the browser authors could figure this one out, since
you can easily configure the servers to send whatever Content-Type you
need.
But off-hand, this seems reasonable:
text/stylesheet; version=css (extension .css)
text/stylesheet; version=dsssl (extension .dsssl or .dss)
text/stylesheet; version=viola (extension .ora or .viola)
Then the browsers need to be upgraded to recognize their own stylesheet
Content-Type.
