For those without tables, and a more complete list, I have a local copy
of an HTML entities page:

http://www.organic.com/Staff/brian/htmlentities.html

It shows you which #-style and named entities the browser you are
currently using supports. It includes the high-bit characters so look at
it with a browser using the 8859-1 Latin charset.
