We are always looking for people we can contract out HTML work to. We are
also looking for full-time hires, but for that we prefer someone with
either programming or graphics-arts experience as well (as well as good
"people" skills). The need to keep Web Sites dynamic and interactive makes
the programming side of continuing importance, and innovations like HotJava
are going to increase the necessary skill level as well.

I'm not sure which upsets me more: that people are so unwilling to accept
responsibility for their own actions, or that they are so eager to regulate
everyone else's.
