HTML 2.0 specs needed

Hi, I am new to the world of the Internet and do not yet have a full
connection.
I only have email at this time but I am very interested in the World Wide
Web.
I have MacTCP and I have Mosaic and MacHTTP which I have been using to
work on local files on my mac. I would like to operate a Web server soon but
I cannot seem to get my hands on the HTML 2.0 specs. I was woundering if
whoever reads this message can iether email the specs to me or provide me
with the address of a server (and the name and path of the files) that has a
mail server that I can use to mail FTP the files from. My email address is
