New features:
- `sd' support:
- mcm-daemon sends sd packets if run with -sd option
- just few lines to add in your .sd.tcl to run mcm-start from sd
- simple authentication of session creator (just IP number test, should be
enough for intended use)
- ability to see who is attending the session (only for people who want to
be seen). Output is UGLY (just names@machines and tabs).
- added a "Not yet started" state
- can now be used in unicast or broadcast mode
- quick-install script
