Thank you to those who helped me solve my problem of installing Mosaic on a non
Network System. The trick was to get the updated Winsock.dll for non network systems at ftp.york.ac.uk/pub/pc/pc-nfs/Patches and change the home page in Mosaic.ini to a local file. (Mosaic.ini must be in Windows/System) I am now using Mosaic32 and it works fine.
