When will we realize that it is not possible to control HOW people choose
to use information?
I like to think of Information as the Ultimate Corrosive. You cannot
control it, divert it, or contain it.
Information permeates the universe and yet has no place of its own. It has
no geometry nor geography.
Information has no handles or hooks, no tabs or slots. It is
uniquely formable but cannot be fixed.
What you can do is to observe it "in process." But the moment you try to
impose any form of intention or will upon it, it's gone, like truth in
politics.
