There's been already some effort going on in this area, viz. on the NIR
list (nir@mailbase.ac.uk) and the UNITE list (unite@mailbase.ac.uk;
subscribe through mailbase@mailbase.ac.uk). In particular, there are some
evaluations of WWW browsers available in the UNITE archive
<URL:gopher://nisp.ncl.ac.uk/11/lists-u-z/unite/files/>. You may even
search the unite archive at
<URL:gopher://mailbase.ac.uk/77/lists/unite/.waisindex/files>.
I guess you'll find a willing audience for more evaluations there.
