The HTML+ <FIG> element handles the mouse clicks in the client
and unifies the treatment of graphical and non-graphical systems.
It also means authors can create graphical menus etc without
needing to do anything on the server side - this reduces the burden
on Webmasters. I hope to demo this at the WWW'94 conference.
