Correction and apology: Proxy Server by Luotonen, et al at Cern

My sincerest apologies to Ari Luotonen et al at Cern,

In my recent SIGWEB meeting announcement, I mis-attributing the
creation of the Proxy Server. I'm informed that while Kevin Altis of
Intel did in fact contribute significantly, it was in fact Ari and
company at CERN who created this tool.
