Yes !!
We need published specs...the current situation is plain looney...we
cannot expect the web to be treated seriously by developers if the current
state of the main data format is not defined. I think that we can certainly
get an RFC for HTML together....I am willing to help out.
Using Mosaic as the "standard setter" is quite alright for the moment, but we
shall eventually need some stability.
