I've just uploaded tkWWW 0.11 prerelease 3 to info.cern.ch, and it
should be migrating over to /pub/www/dev in a few days. The BIG
improvement of this prerelease is that it allows you to generate an
tkWWW executable. I have uploaded an executable for the decstation up
to info.cern.ch, which means that if you have a decstation, you can
just download the executable and not have to do any compilations.

(To the cern maintainer: Please ignore the zero byte files I uploaded
into the the incoming directory)
