Updates of the same UFL could be done via a

<A HREF="blah" FREQ=300>

to fetch again every five minutes. Then we could have

<A REL="IsNext" FREQ=20 HREF="blah">

to fetch in 20 seconds, the next frame in a page.

Decision -- is 20 seconds from receipt of page or initiation of transfer?
