At the just-concluded Davenport meeting, at which
the Docbook DTD,
CALS, as it's supported by SGML tools and as there isn't much
to choose among other table models. It follows that you might
want to look at the way CALS does table formatting, because
people might have tools to construct such
(having) to code them by hand.
