snapshot of mosaic docs available via ftp

A snapshot of the Mosaic documentation, home page, etc. is now
available via anonymous ftp to ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu in /Mosaic/misc:

With these files and the configuration options in Mosaic 2.0
prerelease 1 (and later), you should be able to set up a purely local
installation of Mosaic.

NOTE THAT THIS IS A SNAPSHOT OF THE DOCUMENTS AS THEY EXIST ON
www.ncsa.uiuc.edu. Hyperlinks to external network resources (or even
to other documents on www.ncsa.uiuc.edu) have not been pruned.
However, everything is usable nevertheless.

These files will be updated from time to time as changes warrant.
