Several people have said they are having problems with printing out copies
of the HTML+ spec. I have now created a postscript version for 8.5" x 11"
paper:

ftp://15.254.100.100/pub/htmlplus8.5x11.ps

The version in ftp://15.254.100.100/pub/htmlplus.ps was formatted for A4
paper and had one inch margins to avoid trouble, or so I thought ... :(

I don't seem to be able to get rid of the Ctrl-D character at the beginning
of the postscript file. If this causes you problems, you may want to retrieve
the Microsoft Word for Windows orginal form of the document from:

ftp://15.254.100.100/pub/htmlplus.doc (use binary mode)

It uses the Adobe ATM fonts: Helvetica and Times. Change these to TrueType's
Arial and Times New Roman if there are any problems.

Best wishes,

Dave Raggett

n.b. Its going to be much much easier writing documents in HTML+ than
with MS Word and having to fight styles, fonts and pagination etc. :-)
