Mosaic and annotation servers...

Are the group and public annotation server features of Mosaic
working yet (v 1.02)

I had a report earlier today which suggested they might be, but
I simply get a message:

HTTP Server v1.02.marc

Test response

The (unrecognised or incorrect) command used was 'ANN_GET'.

I can wait if the service isn't running yet, but if it is, then
something's wrong.
