Style Guide for Online Hypertext

Many people recently have asked for a guide to writing on-line
hypertext for the web. I have therefore started a "living document"
about it which is at
http://info.cern.ch/hypertext/WWW/Provider/Style/Overview.html

This is a collection of points about the design of networked
documents.

If you have any smart ideas, or gripes about the way people have done
things which translate into general advice, send them to me
mentioning the guide and I'll try to put them in.
Also any comments on its utility or lack of would be apreciated

There isn't a paper version yet.
