Come visit our new location at open-realty.org.

To make a long story short, Ryan Bonham (ryan@open-realty.org) has really done the bulk of OR development and coordination for quite some time now. He's taking over the project, although I'm leaving the forums and whatnot intact as a historic reference. Feel free to use them as you see fit -- they're not going anywhere. The old forums will continue to remain online indefinately. Of course, if you have any questions/comments/whatever, feel free to send me email.
