Hi,

So i keep getting asked about the differences in the open-realty release and Jon Roig's 3.0.X release. Here is a list of difference off the top of my head.

Dynamicly Built Search Page
Member Users with teh ability to save favorite listings and favorite searches
A ton of bug fixes.
New vertical menu template.
Rental Listings, with seperate search
Table Prefix Support
MySQL Backup Support and database managment via the admin interface.
ImageMagik support.

And there are a ton of other changes, but these are the major ones i think..
