NCSA Mosaic
NCSA Mosaic software is a distributed hypermedia system designed for information discovery and retrieval over the Internet, which is a global network of networks. NCSA Mosaic provides a single interface to the variety of protocols, data formats, and information servers available throughout the Internet. NCSA Mosaic (version 2.0) includes the following new features:
- Forms support
- Tables support
- Inline JPEGs
- Strikethru, superscript, and subscript support
- User-configurable color background (default color is grey)
- New hotlist interface (access from the Navigate menu)
- Custom menus
- More quick keys
- URL entry in the main window
- Reload button
