Changing the Appearance of Hyperlinks

To change the appearance of hyperlinks:

  1. Select Preferences... from the Options menu to bring up the Preferences dialog box.
  2. Highlight the Links box on the left side of the dialog box.

  3. If the Underline Anchors box is checked, an underline appears beneath the text of hyperlinks. This is essential when running NCSA Mosaic on monochrome systems.
If the Dim Hotlink Colors with Age box is checked, the colors dim over time and ultimately return to the unexplored color.

You can also change the color of explored and unexplored anchors. Clicking on the color boxes opens the standard Color Picker dialog box. Choose a new color. Click OK.
